Hello, It is require to rebuild the FreeVPS kernel (like you did for linux native kernel) according to manual of the driver. The kernel sources (.src.rpm) are available at: RHEL 4 (and its clones): http://vps-demo.freevps.com/snapshots/srpms26/ RHEL 3 (and its clones): http://vps-demo.freevps.com/snapshots/srpms/ Best Regards |

Hello, If you have your SCSI hardware support drivers you can rebuild FreeVPS kernel with them like any native linux kernel. It is require to: - Download and install FreeVPS kernel sources package: kernel-freevps-x.x-x.src.rpm - Enter .spec files directory and prepare kernel sources: /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/ rpmbuild -bp freevps-kernel.spec - Prepared sources will be located at: /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/kernel-freevps-x.x.x/linux-x.x.x Then, according to your drivers add-on documentation patch the FreeVPS kernel sources with the driver sources, and build the kernel. Best Regards |
