Webshell unable to show attributes

Hi,

Can anybody help to explain why I got:
"php "Win32 Api" extension not loaded
unable to show attributes"
on webshell, when I clicked on the File/Folder Icon to view its attributes.

and How to fix this issue?

Thank you.. I have found the solution.
its incorrect php.ini setting. the extention path to php4 win32 dll was incorrect.
