It seems there is NOT an option to remove the Submit URL feature when creating a plan, at least I can't see one. As a designer/developer who also offers some SEO related services it is a major problem to have this in a clients control panel, I'm sure you'll understand why.
After opening up a small H-Sphere reseller account I had to stop any ideas of transferring any of my clients to H-Sphere because of this issue :(
Please .... please ....please .... make it possible to remove Submit URL from plans in the next release, I'm sure there a lots of people offering their own SEO and related services that would like it switched off ...
Try this option - and you will see it is in no way going to compete with your SEO :( (which is a shame - and I hope we will get it better later on)

1) Non technical clients ( I have many) don't understand the difference between good SEO and an automated submission tool. It just causes unecessary confusion.
2) I know several people that are very unhappy that this feature cannot be removed when creating plans, it;s not just me.
3) I also know others that would like to use H-Sphere but a few options stop them using it like this one.
4) By not having the option to remove it, you are discouraging a large section of web professionals from using H-Sphere.
5) I don't want my clients to use automated software to make submissions under any circumstances anyway.
Why can't it be an option to remove it from plans like many other features ? Better to give people the option to switch it off than lose their custom to somebody else just because you think your right. I'd never say it should be removed completely, just because I and many others don't want the feature switched on doesn't mean others should have the option taken away from them !
It's all about options, the more options the package has the more people it will attract.

Crazy!! .... I don't understand all the fuss, I'm not asking that the feature be removed but that an OPTION be availabe to include/exclude this feature when creating custom plans just as there is the same OPTION for many other features.
Some will have to explain to me why it should be forced on someone who wants to create a custom plan that doesn't inlcude it ??
It is indeed a crazy world sometimes!!!
to my knowledge this feature does NOT work anyway. You can ask your host to remove it from the global template.

Jim,
Is that an easy thing to do ??
Any word on this? I'd like to see the option to disable this feature as well.
After trying to use the search engine submission tool (and finding it mostly doesn't work) I would also be interested in finding a way to remove the option. Can someone explain how to remove this option from the global template?

I'd like to know this too...........
I'm an HSphere host and SEO/SEM in Oregon. I wish I could have the option to have this removed. It's embarrassing.

Actually I dont have anything for that. But you could use a ?REMOVE? command in a custom xml to get rid of it. I will look at putting something together should only take a few minutes when I get time.
Ghost, that would be fantastic, thanks.

How come Psoft keep this feature in surely it wouldn''t be that difficlut to remove. It's actually dragging the quality of the product down .... last time I tried it for a laugh I recall only about halfy of the submission worked !
I was trying to explain it last year to you that there's usually more important stuff for psoft to do than ironing out little faulty details ... but then you started to call me 'crazy' ...

Having features that don't really work properly and it never will by the way as submission URL's and forms will change constatntly, it basically makes H-Sphere look unprofessional keeping, not to mention the potential conflict for those who already selling SEO and related services and would just plain like it removed anyway
a) It doesn't work properly
b) Psoft seemingly wouldn't have the time to keep on top of the ever changing submision URL's, forms etc anyway so it's likely it will never really be working properly or completely
c) It's not really recommended to use automated submissions anyway and I'd say for the number of major search engines it's a much better idea to do maual submissions anyway.
So why is it there at alll ... it is plain crazy!!!!
