Hspheresupport.com - anyone have bad/good experience with them. They seem very knowledgable and is it worth using them to do back ups/security?

Dedicated Server - Is centOS an ok operating system or should i really be using redhat

Backups- I only 10 accounts now, is there a simple backup solution or method anyone can recommend.

Thanks,

You should search the forums for hspheresupport and draw your own conclusions.

CentOS is the downloadable parts of Redhat AS. It simply doesn't have the support arrangements you can get with the genuine Redhat package. If support from the distro packager is important to you, buy Redhat. If not, use centOS.

Hsphere has a backup script for the main postgres db - you should run it often and move the resulting backup file off to another server for safekeeping. Beyond that, most of us here have rolled our own backup scripts to suit our needs.
