I noticed that HSphere comes with qmail. I assume this is instead of cppop that is standard on cpanel servers? Does HSphere still use exim? How tough would it be integrate other webmail clients such as hordemail, neomail, and squirrelmail? Also, is spamassassin included now?

Well, never heard of cppop, but the hsphere equivalent would be vpopmail. Exim would be equivalent to qmail if I remember things correctly. 2.4 has spamassasin and clamav.

cppop is what cpanel uses for pop3 access and exim is what it uses for smtp. Would it be possible to add these other webmail clients? I have some that really like hordemail and I'd like to keep some of these other options if possible.

Those are mostly IMAP clients .. You would load the Imap addin from Hpshere and then install the client. Horde is part of the base install .. Spamassassin support from Horde is now a new feature ..

H-Sphere uses qmail. qmail comes with its own pop3. We also bundle it with Courier-IMAP in latest versions as well as HORDE & SqWebMail.
I know that some people installed squerrel.
There is no exim/cppop used in h-sphere - but the same functionality is available.
