database already exist

I have a customer who has a unix / windows account setup with the same user name..

customer wishes to have sugarcrm install to all his domains on both unix and windows - problem is easyapps gives the following error

Database customer_sugarcrm already exists.

installing sugarcrm manually is one option ..
hoping to find a better solution .
