I would like to see the support request format contain information similiar to the Alabanza support request format:
Date Sent: Jan 02, 2002 08:38pm
Contract Start Date: 2002-01-01 00:00:00
Contract Next Due Date: 2002-02-01 00:00:00
Domain Name: mydomain
Package: 25ECN
User Name: mydom
Email: me@mydomain.com
Outside Email: me@myisp.com
Main thing I would like to see added is the username and domain name.
I know the information is available by clicking on links, however I would like for it to come up on the request page, saving the clicks and time waiting for the page to display.
Anybody else interested in seeing such a format?
This is not high priority, just a would be nice sort of request.
