We think this popped up fairly recently....
When someone tries to sign up for an account and the system goes to create all of the account information, this error shows up in the hsphere.log (and then the changes are backed-out)....
2007-05-01 17:14:46,547 [TP-Processor3] INFO psoft.hsphere.CP - Error initDone
java.lang.Exception: Update failed: NOTAUTH
Command: ssh -x -a root@xx.xxx.90.xxx /hsphere/shared/scripts/dns-zone-update --action=add --zone=wendybs.com --type=A --name='wendybs.com' --ttl=86400 --data=xxx.134.xxx.xxx
The psoft guys said they were able to create the master zones manually and then the slave zone was emulated successfully. We gave named a restart as well....but it still happens.
This is on hsphere version 2.5 patch 9.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
